When can I expect a decision?
Following a final interview, it rarely takes longer than a week for a decision to be made.
How does your hiring process work?
After an initial call with our People Team, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Depending on the position, you may be given a short take-home assignment during this process. These are designed to help us understand how you approach problems, and not to test your endurance. This is then discussed in a second, and usually final, interview with one of our co-founders.
What will my first day be like?
On your first day, you will take part in a welcome call where you'll be shown the tools and processes we use, as well as the products we create. You will then be introduced to the members of your team, and will likely spend your couple of weeks soaking in as much information as possible, understanding how we work, and getting to know the people you'll be working most often with, this will either be in intro calls we arrange or directly via your team. We value open communication, and we welcome you to talk to any member of the team at any time if you have any questions, or want to get to know them better!
I've applied. When can I expect a reply?
You should usually receive a reply within 3-7 days, depending on the amount of applications we receive at any given time.
How long does the hiring process take?
The quickest hire we've made went from an initial call on a Saturday to an accepted job offer the following Monday. Of course, this was an outlier, but we are usually very fast. An average process takes 2-3 weeks.
